Mike Shields (USAF Colonel (ret)) is working in the transactional and employment law sections of the firm. Prior to his legal career he served in the United States military for 26-plus years in the areas of intelligence, cyber operations, and classified information. In the military, Mr. Shields worked collaboratively to develop data security strategies ensuring the protection of classified data.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shields worked as an Assistant Public Defender for Bexar County. He also worked for the Texas Workforce Commission as a review attorney of both claims and appeals.
